How We Work
Application
If an Engineering Apprenticeship is something you are keen to pursue, simply submit your details to LTT by completing this application form and emailing it to admin@ltt.co.uk or posting it to the address provided
Test
If you meet our basic selection criteria, then we will ask you to sit some ability tests that will give us an idea of the level you are currently at. These tests give employers and LTT information that ensures that we do not place you on a programme that you will find too difficult.
Interview
LTT will then invite you for an interview with a member of our team. Your requirements will then be matched with those of our Member Employers and any specific job opportunities at that time. It is then our objective to obtain an interview for you with an employer who can offer what you are looking for.
Employment
if you are successful at the interview stage and receive an offer of an Apprenticeship, you will be allocated your own Personal Training Adviser who will work with you and your employer to implement a training programme that meets yours and your employer's requirements.
Ongoing Support
Your Personal Training Adviser will be your LTT contact throughout your training programme. They will review your progress, liaise with the employer to plan training and discuss any concerns you may have.
